The ESP Guitar Company

Long story short: few months ago the 3 way toggle switch of my Eclipse E-II stop working properly. Contacted ESP customer care here 2 months ago, got redirected to European Customer Service, contacted them. Still no reply. Nothing. Radio silence. Can't find an original ESP toggle switch elsewhere on the whole internet. Should a customer of a +2K Guitar expect a decent customer care for a component failure which probably worth 10 euros? Just asking...
