Advice... Satin Finish or Crack? E-ii Granite...

    Hi, received my E-ii Granite Sparkle. It sounds incredible but... for the money, I can't help but feel that the finish is a little, shall we say, less than perfect. 

    Without listing the tiny details, the one main issue I would like to know more about is the satin neck. 

    Where the satin neck meets the body, there's a distinctive jagged line. At first I thought 'oh no! Is is a crack!?!'. I think and hope, that it's purely where the satin finishes and it's simply a less than perfect line. See image. Is this normal? Or something to worry about?
