THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Sponsor: The ESP Guitar Company, 5433 West San Fernando Road, Los Angeles, CA 90039 (“ESP”).

Redemption of Offer: You may submit your request to redeem the “November 2024 Special Offer” by purchasing one of the eligible products and then completely filling out the online redemption form at http://www.espguitars.com. By making a claim for redemption, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Eligible products for the “November 2024 Special Offer” include all ESP/LTD “Signature Series” guitars and basses; all LTD “1000 Series” guitars and basses; and all LTD “200 Series” guitars and basses. To be eligible for this offer, the guitar or bass must be purchased new (not used) from an Authorized ESP Dealer or via the ESP web site’s ShopESP “Buy Now” function. Instruments in the “ESP Player Grade” collection are not eligible for this offer.

Merchandise Rebate Items: Purchasers of ESP/LTD “Signature Series” guitars and basses, or purchasers of LTD “1000 Series” guitars and basses are eligible to receive (1) ESP 50th Anniversary Barstool (retail value $129.99 USD). Purchasers of LTD “200 Series” guitars and basses are eligible to receive (1) ESP 50th Anniversary Cloth Banner (retail value $79.99 USD). This offer is only valid while supplies last.

Eligibility: This offer is open only to legal residents of the United States. You must be 16 years or older as of November 1, 2024. Employees of The ESP Guitar Company and their affiliates, their agencies and representatives and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in this offer. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to these official rules, and agree to accept all decisions of ESP with respect to this offer as final.

Eligible Redemption Period: The “November 2024 Special Offer” will begin on November 1, 2024. Eligible instruments must show a purchase date on or before November 30, 2024. Merchandise redemption requests will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PST, on December 15, 2024. Merchandise items will be sent to eligible recipients at the address provided by the recipient in the online form. Recipients are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. ESP may use information you provide to us in order to send you updates, such as notifications of changes to the terms of our services or information about our services and products. You will be provided opportunities to “opt out” of future communications upon receipt of any communications from ESP.

Limitation of Liability: Neither ESP nor any of its affiliates is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any offer-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. ESP reserves the right to cancel or modify the “November 2024 Special Offer” offer if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the offer, as determined by ESP in its sole discretion.

Delivery of Items:Redemption offer merchandise items will be shipped to eligible recipients. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of submission for delivery.
