Got mine about a month ago. Every bit as awesome as I had hoped. A very "fast" neck and super aggressive sound! Surprisingly this sounds amazing with my acoustic simulator pedal. Have a PRS with a pretty resonate body and it sounds good,  but the clarity of the emgs makes this really convincing. Though I got it 99% for metal.

Just picked one of these up from Gear Orphanage. What a player.

Pros:

-The setup. This is the third ESP I've bought in the last 2-3 months. All 3 came playable out of the box. Not just acceptable but extremely playable.

-The Floyd is pretty stable. I use it sparingly for vibrato and sublte effects.

- Amazing sustain. The EMG pickups combined with the neck through build allow this guiatr to sustain extremly well. I was suprised considering it's not a string through bridge setup

Cons:

- I play Les Pauls and LTD seven strings ( I have a Carpenter Tele and an H1001) and boy is the neck ever tiny. I have to get use to it, but it's not really a con so much as something that drew my attention.

- The price. These guitars are really starting to creep up in price. This was around $1700 new here in Canada. That's a bit much in my opinion.

Overall I'm extremely happy with this guitar. I guess my only complaint is that for almost $2000 after tax, it should come with a case of sorts.

Finally released a model in all the color and specs I've been harping about in one guitar!

I would love to see this (and LTDs in general) available with a Sustainiac.

Well, you can always buy It separately if you really want to have one on it I suppose

Great if it’s an extra option, but I’ve been so frustrated by schecter for making sustainiac exclusive guitars; you can always convert to a sustainiac, but you can’t convert back, as the sustainiac requires an extra toggle switch hole that can’t be covered without significant body work.

Dig this guitar.  My first LTD but not my last.
