M-HT ARCTIC METAL
SNOW WHITE SATIN

The LTD Arctic Metal Series takes the same design theme of our Black Metal Series and flips the color scheme from the darkest of blacks to the coldest of frozen wastelands. Comparable in build quality to our LTD Deluxe “1000 Series”, Arctic Metal instruments feature a Snow White Satin finish, a single premium-quality pickup with matching white cover, and Macassar ebony fingerboards with no inlays and glow-in-the-dark side markers. The M-HT Arctic Metal features neck-thru-body construction, an aggressive EMG 81TW pickup with black logo, a single volume knob with push-pull control to split the pickup, a Hipshot bridge with string-thru-body design, and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets.
I've had mine for about 2 months now and its has been one of the better guitars that I have owned. The frets came with 2 noticeable nicks when playing on the 4th and 6th frets, but was easy enough to take care of. I know this is the Arctic Metal series but this would have been better aesthetically if the pickup was the same blackout version that comes in the Black Metal series in my opinion seeing as the rest of the components are black. Would love to see a bolt on version as well, but overall a great guitar and do recommend.
Mine came yesterday, and it is awesome. It feels 'quality' like my Japanese M-I's, and the satin finish feels like my Hanneman, maybe just a bit 'softer'. The steel frets are really fun; they feel much harder than nickel, and sound colder. Oil up that fretboard; it comes a little dry. The finish is great, and all of the lines are perfect. The glowing side markers are awesome. I love it; I would recommend getting one to anyone who is into neck-thru superstrats.
Oh, this is absolutely gorgeous.
Music Zoo said Korea, but this one came from Jakarta, but this one is a peach.
The M-HT feels as heavy and solid as my Kiso Hanneman, my M-I Standard, and my E-II M-I's. The satin finish feels just like my Hanneman. Fit and finish are awesome. Feel is great. Frets seat well and are finely polished. Bridge is smooth and sleek. The press put the truss cover screw in just a smudge tight, but a quick de-burr with the Xacto and a slight hand-turn to back off the screw, and this guitar feels absolutely great. I can't believe that I'm saying this, but it is on par with my other 6 ESP's from Japan. It feels like a Japanese ESP M-I.
This guitar is awesome, I am very pleased. The wait was long, but the quality is definitely there.
Domo arigato!
