Hi! Just wondering about fret material on this guitar

Is the white color flat?

is the white finnish on the guitar flat?

I just received my Snow White ESP Snakebyte today. This guitar is beyond amazing. This is my first actual ESP and I must say, it lives up to all of the hype I’ve been reading about. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT….. there was no Certificate of Authenticity in the case…. I know it’s not that big of a deal, but when you are dropping that kind of money on a guitar like this, it’d be nice if all of the promised “case candy” was included. Otherwise, I highly recommend this to anyone who is torn between the ESP or the LTD. Go for the real deal.

Curious, anyone know why the neck radius is different on the Hetfield LTD models from the ESP models?

Hello. I just received my new ESP signature series Snakebyte #E8481212. The guitar did not have a spec sheet inside of it and I do not know what "gauge strings" are used? Without a musicians doubt, it is certainly heavier than the 10-46 I'm accustomed and what described in the specs above. So please what gauge was put on these? I have a feeling it’s the new 11-50 gauge JH now uses via Ernie Ball.  thank you

Hi Aaron, actually I refused to wait so I purchased mine from Hiend Guitars in Indonesia, they had 2 in stock at the time. Shipping to the States was painful but I had it in less than 2 weeks!

Dear ESP, what is the estimated turn time for a Snakebyte? Assuming Dealer orders today. Please give an estimate. Thanks. 

I ordered my snakebyte ESP before the recent price increase. A year later and NOTHING. It’s called stalling you until you quit because they will not make a guitar for a lose. So the customer has all the risk. And with an inflationary environment  I caution everyone doing business with this company!

Recently received my new white ESP snakebyte. It is my 4th ESP, but first one made in the custom shop.  This guitar takes my breath away.  I am astounded by the level of craftsmanship, everything is perfect.  I can’t put it down, my other ESP’s are going to be lonely for a while!!

Dear ESP,

I ordered a ESP snakebyte (LH) (non LTD) through Sweetwater in February 2021. I still have not received the guitar and told the delivery is still “unknown” due to pandemic. Is there really this long of build delay on your end and further not able to communicate est. delivery dates? 

I am very disappointed as I just bought a brand new Snow White ESP, non LTD, Snakebyte and it arrived warped and has to be destroyed. It will be 1-2 years to get a new one!!! Super frustrating. ESP refunded me due to warranty but this is the second ESP I bought in a row that had to be returned to ESP for an issue. 

Is there currently an issue with the ESP snakebyte in Snow White due to the current pandemic? Just curious as none of the dealers in the USA seem to have it even have listed for ordering.

Se me olvido comentaros que me parece curioso que la guitarra no traiga nada de documentacion y si traiga colgado con una cuerda y un carton la marca de las cuerdas.... paradoja....

Gracias por la respuesta...No era necesario un certificado como la gama ESP pero si un pequeño documento donde pusiera la fecha de fabricacion y el numero de serie como hacen tantas marcas,creo que no es mucho pedir...en fin,leccion aprendida para la proxima vez...

Hola a todos, me acabo de comprar la ESP LTD Snakebyte y cual es mi sorpresa que no trae ni un miserable carton ni papel donde se vea la fecha de fabricacion ni numero de serie...nada de nada. Evidentemente en la guitarra si pone el numero pero tambien esperaba un certificado o algo......pues no! Hay que gastarse 5000 € para que la guitarra venga con certificado, puas, camiseta etc etc etc..estoy muy decepcionado con ESP...Todas mis otras guitarras Gibson, Fender...traen su tarjeta....esta no! Porque? Era demasiado caro poner un papel o algo?
